avr-sim is a simulator for the Atmel AVR family of 8-bit risc
microcontrollers. The project aims to support all possible devices.
avr-sim also provides a framework for program analysis and regression
testing. The GDB debugger hooks allow source-level debugging and integrated
development and testing and the simulator allows testing of your programs
before they are deployed onto the hardware device with cycle accurate
execution times.
