==== Description: ====
There are only a few tools to analyse binaries in the UNIX world and the most
famous of them (GNU binutils, the ERESI framework) lack of some nice features
(for instance, objdump doesn't show that a given address refers to a string).
Moreover, there is no tool with GUI like in the Windows world.

Thus, OpenIDA will try to offer an GPLed environment to easily study all
kinds of binaries (elf format for i386 in a first time). For now, I don't
know if it will use an external library for disassembling or include its own
one.

Here is an alpha 0.0.1 version:
http://firebox.intuxication.org/files/openida-0.0.1.tar.gz

It only runs 'ls', steps in the child process and shows the e*x registers
each time it stops.

==== Other Software Required: ====
gtk+-2.0
