Follow-up Comment #2, task #6781 (project admin):
Fallout2 game is not open source software.
F2wedit's code is written in Delphi 7 Personal.
Only source code of F2wedit is free. I would like to give it to other peoples
interested in improving this tool.
F2wedit is dedicated to win32 and probably can not be executed in OS like
Linux. Only with emulator Wine.
Sorry, I do not understand that law issues of licences. So if registration
could generate some law problmes it will be better to discard the
registration. Sorry.
