SOFTWARE TERMS AND LICENSE AGREEMENT
OPEN SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE AGREEMENT
This software license agreement grants the user the legal right to use this
software application.
For each Zinosoft software program used, a license is granted to the user and
documented in the End User
License Agreement (EULA). A software user, just like a car driver or a TV
owner, needs a license.
The license agreement gives the user the right to use the software. This
software is protected by copyright law of India
and Nigeria, which states that this product cannot be copied without
permission from the copyright holder.
ENTERPRISE OPEN LICENSE
Zinosoft Enterprise Open License gives you upgrade-rights for the enterprise
platform products for the full years
of the agreement. Beginning immediately, you can install and use the most
current versions of each product.
And again, your administrative overhead is reduced because with an Enterprise
Open License,
you never need to report which versions you are using.
This license agreement covers your use of the Zinosoft binacle Software .Net
Application for e-Church Management Systems,
its source code, documentation, and executable files, hereinafter referred to
as "the Product".
The Product is Copyright (c) 2004-2010 Zinosoft Nigeria. You may use it and
cannot distribute it according to this
following License Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please
remove the Product from your system.
By incorporating the Product in your work or not distributing the Product to
others,
you implicitly agree to these license terms.
STATEMENT OF COPYRIGHT
The Product is, and remains, copyright 2004-2010 Zinosoft Nigeria, with
exception of specific copyrights as noted in
the individual source files.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Product is provided in a single form as a Jar archive file.
You may freely use and cannot distribute the Product Executable so long as
you provide the complete and unmodified
original Product Executable installation kit as supplied by Zinosoft
Nigeria.
CONDITIONS OF USE FOR PRODUCT
You must provide a copy of this license agreement with your product.
RIGHTS OF USAGE
You may freely and at no cost use the Product in any project, commercial,
academic, military, or private, so long as
you respect the License Agreement. The License Agreement does not affect any

respective of the size of the church for the benefit of communication with
each other. Under the Membership profile module includes, baptismal record

website and Internet connectivity will have the opportunity to use cheap and
effective SMS services that we will provide to communicate with their

Well currently i used Tomcat Apache 4.1 to build this application which is
obsolate.this is why i need to re-build it as an "Open Source Apps".i need
open source developers to help me to rebuild this project.it will become the
biggest core church management portal on earth with all those descriptions
listed above.
