Follow-up Comment #2, task #7130 (project admin): There is not a single line of source code yet. As a GNU/Linux distribution the project is a collection of free programs, not a program by itself. Surely at some stage we will produce our own code (e. g. system installer) which we will release under GPLv3, but this is not written yet.
We choose the programs included in the distribution strictly according to the GNU Guidelines for Free System Distributions, see http://www.gnu.org/distros/free-system-distribution-guidelines.html - e. g. we will use the Linux-libre kernel instead of the standard Linux kernel from Torvalds.
