GPL. All files created by Swiss Ephemeris AutoTools (this project) are
licensed only by the GPL. It is necessary at times to mention the upstream's
propriatary license at times in order to disassociate my self with it.)

The Swiss Ephemeris AutoTools replaces the original Swiss Ephemeris build
system, (a GNU Makefile), with an AutoTools build system. All the original .c
and .h files are unchanged. The packager feels not competent to change these.
The original Makefile is replaced with an AutoTools setup. The most you could
say is that Swiss Ephemeris AutoTools is a fork of the Swiss Ephemeris build
system. The purpose of this project is to get the Swiss Ephemeris into a form
where it can be accepted by the GNU/Linux distros.
