Follow-up Comment #2, task #7696 (project admin):

Dear Sirs,

Following a deeper analysis by the EFDM package owners on the dependencies,
the GNU R "RODBC" package would appear as not essential. This is because the
files which would need this dependency are not in the EFDM core. Therefore,
they might safely be packaged as a separate extension of the EFDM software, to
be possibly submitted at a later stage as autonomous package.
As a consequence, the license for EFDM could safely become EUPLv1.1. 

Would be possible for you to change the EFDM project license accordingly?
