My project is an open voting web platform. The goal is to provide users the
tools to make decissions in a secure environment (if choosed) using the
spanish electronid ID (DNIe). This could be opened to more IDs or
certificates. The first implementation is already done at tiparega.com/sve as
a final project for a degree. The code for revision can be found at
tiparega.com/descargas/sve.tar.gz
It runs on a tomcat server.

License is not yet released and code is not published, we want to choose
GPLv3. Can we made it by choosing license, upload the code and add a LICENSE
file at that time?
Dependencies are for programming, not for using it (using the software
requieres no special software but a browser and a card reader driver for the
ID if using it, which not depends on us).
