The purpose is to migrate a C application to Python, adding multilingual
support, doxygen documentation, improving functionallity, etc.
The original code is C code, made to create two programs, one of configuration
and another one of publishing. For preparing presentations (video or images)
in a PC GNU/Linux computer, and play it in another computer (PC, embedded,
etc.)(originally though to be used with the Raspberry Pi for advertisment
stations)
