==== Description: ====
LibreDCC is an opensource project to develop software (and later possible also
open hardware) for decoders and encoders used in model railway electronics.

We start the project with an S88 bus driver implemented on an Arduino board
which to the command station connected via a USB-serial interface emuluates
the HSI88 protocol.

It has successfully been tested to work the Rocrail open source command
station.

The project relies on the open source avr-gcc and avr-libc, ie cross compilers
and C libraries for the AVR families of microcontrollers.
