gSpeakUp is a tentative to create a simple petition website for organization.
It aims to recreate what avaaz did regarding to the look and feel, but with
freedom. 

A working code is there : http://drieu.org/tmp/gspeakup.tgz

It is based on the code of http://freesoftwarepact.eu/declaration/ (code not
released, the point of gSpeakUp was to clean up this code and release it).

A working site will be http://formatsouverts.education/ (campaign not released
yet so still protected by password.  Please do NOT release this URL yet).
