can not retrive tagging details of subdirectory level properly

I have done a recent activity search for a given user in specific subdirectory
path by giving search criteria as user + path + tagging. Search result contain
root level tagging details as well. According to the given search criteria only
the subdirectory level tagging details should be retrieved.
