recent activity list not updated for resources (WSDL) imported though URL

How to recreate:
1. login as admin
2. go to root level.
3. import a WSDL file content though "Import content from URL" option.
4. go to recent activity search page.
5. click on to "search" button without entering any search criteria.
newly added WSDL file will not be displayed in recent activity list.
