Need to expand the "user permission" pane each time after saving changes.

How to recreate:
1. login as admin
2. go to resource page.
3. expand the user permission pane.
4. add a permission and save.
after saving changes "user permission" page gets contract. So user have to
expand the window again to view the changes done. From the usability point of
view this is not good. So it is better to keep the user permission pane as it
is without contracting.
