If user save login details in FF Password Manager then saved password will be
displayed in "Add user" pane as a default value.
How to recreate:
1. clear all private date in you FF browser.
2. login to registry system. ( while login make sure to save login details in
FF password manager)
3. now go to "Add user" pane.
4. check the password filed.
if I try to add a new user with default password, browser window come up with
asking confirmation. IMHO This is a security and usability issue.
