If user add a resource with same collection name then collection replaced with
added resource.

How to reproduce:
1. login as admin.
2. add a collection /c1/c2
3. now go to /c1
4. then add a resource with same collection name (c2)
Collection will be replaced with resource file. You will notice that folder
icon is changing to file icon.
