Hi Norman,
Why did you need to hack up Abdera? If there are fixes that need to be
done to it let's push them into Abdera itself.
We'll work on fixing the user manager issues ASAP .. sorry about that.
Basically what we need to do is to have only the authenticator come from
Acegi and use the standard tables for the rest of the stuff.
