Comment box should be contracted after adding a comment

How to reproduce:
1. login as admin
2. Press add comment icon
3. add a comment
4. press "Add" button.
5. now press "Cancel" button.
6. again press add comment icon.
you will notice that comment is adding and text typed in the text area is keep
as it is even though you press the cancel button. So it will be more user
friendly if system reset(clear) the comment in text area when user press add
button. And also comment text area should be contacted after adding the
comment.
