How to recreate:
1. login as admin
2. go to "add user permission" pane.
3. update user permission.
4. Press "Apply all permission" button.
If user press "Apply all permission" button,"User permission" pane keep as it
is due to Ajax implementation. It is better if the system can display a message
like "All the permissions applied successfully".
