How to recreate:
1. login as admin.
2. go to root level
3. add a resource r1.
4. add an another resource r2
5. now click on to "Edit Resource Name" icon of r2
resource (r1) name will get writeable. Always rename action is set to r1.Wrong
resource activated for rename once press "Edit resource Name" icon of a
specific resource.
