Tag and comment boxes disapped if I try to add a resource in to synapse-repo
parent collection.

How to recreate:
1. login as admin
2. create a collection c1 with Media type "synapse-repo"
3. go to c1 collection.
4. add a resource r1 in to c1 collection.
tags and comment boxes will get disappeared.
