can not import content from URL.(IE7)

How to recreate:
1. login as admin.
2. go to resources
3. Import content from URL
I have tried to import content from following URL which is a valid one.If
content can not be imported though given url. System displayed the message
"Given source URL is not valid." I tried with some other URLs as well but
unable import content from any URL.
