How to recreate:
1. login as admin.
2. create a collection c1.
3. go to c1, now create an another collection c2.
4. add a resource r1 to c2.
5. now update the resource r1.
6. come back to c2 level.
7. click on to "Permalink" of c2 collection,
once user click on to "permalink", page will be loading with "Restore to this
version" link. Since "permalink" is pointing to current version, it is not
required to display that restore link on that page.
