Not giving an error message when trying to delete a user who already has

Login from the added user account
Add resources
Try to delete the user
******** When you click to delete the user the screen refreshes back and
nothing happens. I assume the concept behind this is that you cannot delete a
user who has resources added. Its good if we can add a message mentioning this.
