make icons uniform .. no squares and circles

Currently, if u look a the comment thing for example, the icons on the right of
the bar are a bit weird .. one circular, one perfectly square and one rounded
rect. And they're slightly different in size :).
Can we make that uniform? I prefer simple squares but whatever works.
Also, I don't think we should mess with the order of icons. For example, the
tags bar has only two icons and the comments bar has 3. However, the same icons
don't appear in the same spot- not good.
