Long tag names can not be searched though advance search

How to recreate:
1. login as admin
2. enter a long tag( eg. "This is a long tag")
3. go to advance search.
4. enter the tag name in to tag input field.
5. without filling any other search parameters press search activities button.
no results will be displayed.
