Renamed resources not listed under Recent activity search.

How to recreate:
1. login as admin.
2. add a resource (r1 )to root level.
3. not rename the resource as "/c1/c2/c3/r1"
4. save the changes.
5. now go to recent activity search and check for rename resource.
since system treat renamed resource as newly added resource to the system, it
is better to list the renamed resource in recent activity search.
