Sanjaya - I'd prefer we not make that assumption, actually. There should at
LEAST be some way of manually "kicking" the Registry to tell it to reversion
changed files (checkout/checkin), and also probably a way to configure a timer
thread or two to do it automatically. If file change events are available as
on Windows, we should be able to hook into those as well.
