1.2.0.5-1ubuntu1.10.04 seems to work for me, though I had to - purge phpldapadmin 1.1.x before installing 1.2.0.5 from proposed - edit /etc/phpldapadmin/config.php on line 283 to my base dn (can't remember I had to do this once before on ubuntus phpldapadmin)
