I have the same problem- ndiswrapper doesn't work with wpa with my ralnik 2500. usleep patch doesn't help. But wpa (with the same wpa_supplicant configuration) work OK with rt2500pci driver (although this driver has speed problems). I guess this is ndsiwrapper problem...
