Argh, sorry. Of course the time was different 3 months ago, since the
change only happened _after_ that :) So the important check is if the
times match _from now on_, which they do:

$ TZ=Europe/Moscow date -d '5 months'; TZ=Europe/Samara date -d '5 months'

Sun Oct 31 10:44:13 SAMT 2010
