used the proposed package as in #22, and had errors, but then realized that the phpLDAPAdmin config file completely changed, so I merged my old config into the new .example config file @see http://phpldapadmin.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Config
I specified my server 'name', 'host', and 'base' and everything seemed operational, but navigating into the tree caused all kinds of errors, and it seems that I need to reload my schema "templates" .
