Hibernate doesn't seem to work at all for me. In particular, it takes at least 40 minutes to reload the cached data from swap. It might take longer, but eventually I did a hard reset, figuring that something else must be going on. Is it possible that you made some other adjustments that effected the resume-from-hibernate time?
