(From update of attachment 416474) This is just a configure script check to make sure that the system sqlite library has been compiled with SQLITE_SECURE_DELETE, and we bail out of configure if the check fails. This is mostly intended for distros which use system sqlite library, and should not result in any code change in Firefox.
