Is this what you mean? From the original bug report: If you run
ps2pdf12 test-pdf.ps on the file located at http://www.math.purdue.edu/~lucier/launchpad/2/test-pdf.ps then you get the file test-pdf.pdf located at http://www.math.purdue.edu/~lucier/launchpad/2/test-pdf.pdf that has one hyperlink on each page that should link to the other page.
