I recommend updating the package to 0.37.1. It was only in this version that some showstopper bugs were fixed. Those bugs caused subtitleeditor to segfault whenever a video was loaded or a waveform was built. Without video and waveform, the application loses a major part of its functionality. I compiled 0.37.1 and can state that it works with Lucid libraries.
