This error is already known: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3008674&group_id=207001&atid=999854 The problem is that the widget abstraction layer easyMp3Gain uses does not work correctly with newer GTK+ versions. We wait until the package "lazarus" (lcl-gtk2 in this case) is released in version 0.9.30. Then this bug should be gone.
