Any news here? I started my search here: http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/8757 and as reported on brainstorm, this kind of request are bug with needs-packaging tag, so after a while I've found this bug report.
Just a few considerations: * It's a good program that give to users a functional and stable alternative and replacement to analogous proprietary software used on other OS (see bug #1). * The license of OpenProj is CPAL 1.0 (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/cpal_1.0) a license approved by the OSI. * On the OpenProj site (http://openproj.org/openproj) there is a clear indication of their support for GNU/Linux OS and they have also a DEB package. * Furthermore the main screenshot is of OpenProj running under Ubuntu and, as cited above in this bug report, there is also a quote of Mark Shuttleworth. So it's strange that this isn't yet in Ubuntu repository. bye -- [needs-packaging] OpenProj https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/188039 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Registry Administrators, which is the registrant for Debian. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~registry Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~registry More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
