I am having this sound problem in my sony VAIO VPCEB21FG Eseries. Neither the internal speaker nor the headphone works. But the microphone works. When I recorded a speech and saved and played it in Windows 7, I could hear sound, which indicates the microphone works, but I don't hear any sound, while playing a media file.
I have already spent 30 hrs in front of computer in 2 days. If there is a solution do send in a simple way as I am a beginner.
