Is there anything that can be done to help with getting this defect fixed? >From what I can see this has already been fixed in Debian, and looking at the >changelog of the package libexiv2-6 in Maverick, there was also an attempt to >get it fixed in Ubuntu. Unfortunately don't have enough knowledge to apply the fix myself, but if testing or anything else is needed please say so.
