Mattias: The release notes are a piss-poor excuse for having shoved the i686 blueprint via the backdoor after a UDS hallway conversation and without properly polling the community at large BEFORE blueprinting it and implementing it. It is also a piss-poor excuse for not implementing safeguards in preinst, despite having been recommended to do so.
