Today I installed a fresh 10.10 Desktop, then did an online update and the reboot failed with the same error. I wasn't able to fix it with all the tips from papa google like fsck, update-grub ... so I'am currently re-installing the system. So here my questions: Is this the same bug? and when is it safe to do online-update?
