If you use a patch to fix issue, please describe them in debian/changelog as * debian/patches/99... In patch please use short URLs. I've fixed your debdiff and I'm attaching it for your look. Please compare yours and mine debdiff. Would be nice if you will call debdiffs, e.g. for merges 'debian-ubuntu.debdiff', for FTBFS 'fix-ftbfs.debdiff'. You can also use package name and version as name for debdiff, e.g. 'therion_5.3.3-1ubuntu1.debdiff'.
