Hicks, many netbooks have this problem, however there is a workaround
which allows users with small screens to move around a window to see all
it contains. Simply hold down the ALT key and your mouse cursor will
become a hand which can grab a window and move it beyond borders set by
the screen.
The only exception to this is a bug I have seen in Disk Utility which
does not allow this type of action - Bug #414107
If the ALT-Click-Drag does not allow you to move the window, you may re-
open this bug.
