In my case, I mark for download 5th and 6th of 6 files (450~500 Mb each) while adding torrent. After downloading I saw 3 of them: 4th (0.6%), 5th (100%), 6th (100%). When I delete 4th file and recheck torrent, I saw this: 4th - 0%, 5th - 98,8%, 6th - 100%. QBittorrent starts this torrent, preallocate 4th file again, download 0.6% of 4th and 0.2% of 5th and stopped. I got 2 full needed files and 1 preallocated unneeded file again.
