Ross, you'll now need to perform some additional steps to be able to publish to existing albums, including logging out of Facebook and logging back in. See the instructions in the Shotwell FAQ (http://trac.yorba.org/wiki/Shotwell/FAQ) in the section "Why can't I publish to one of my existing albums when uploading to Facebook?".
