I tried to install ubuntu 10.10 on my PC but it freezes/crashes
i tied to set (in BIOS) the IDE mode to compatible , but it was the same
after that , i installed successfully the 10.04
mobo asus P4C800e-dlx / up to date BIOS ( 1023 )
cpu = P4 3.2 ghz northwood , no overclocking
RAM 4 x 256 Mo
1 IDE DVD burner
2 SATA 500 go hdd
video ATI Rage 128 Pro (16 MB)
XP already installed and OK
