Patch from #154 doesn't work on my present 2.6.32-25-generic kernel - something causes panic. However, this patch: https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/118834/ does, with limited functionality. Attached is a clean version of that patch that works against lucid kernels. ** Patch added: "Patch of ALPS-Driver to support DELL E2 Touchpads, 2.6.32-Version of this patch: https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/118834/" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/550625/+attachment/1742503/+files/dell-e2-alps-2.6.32.patch ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu Lucid) Status: Incomplete => Opinion -- Alps touchpad is recognized but synaptics clients and scrolling do not work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/550625 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Registry Administrators, which is the registrant for Fedora. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~registry Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~registry More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
