Public bug reported:
st <creds> download container sub/folder/object.file -o - will stream
the contents of the "sub/folder/object.file" to stdout, it will also
create a new folder "sub" in the working directory with an empty
directory "folder" under it.
if the out_file is "-" the makedirs(dirpath) part should be skipped...
