@Tito, @ombako I have exactly the same issue with "crazy fan speed" on my Lenovo z360. But if I remember it right, it started going crazy since I had switched from 10.04 to 10.10 (this patch wasn't installed). I guess it is not related to the brightness control patch. Correct me if I'm wrong!!!
